PATCH TUESDAY – Owl Flying Over House
It’s PATCH TUESDAY and i’m super excited to share this week’s block print batch with you.
This week, I put a patch on my hat.
Sewing is NOT my talent, but I had a lot of fun figuring out how to get the patch on my old hat. It was more difficult than last week’s project because the hat material is rigid and hard to get a needle through.
In the end—more important than the stitch quality is that I brought new life to an old hat, and made something unique with my hands. I personally like the handmade
f you would like one of these patches, I’m selling them for $6. That includes shipping to the USA. The fabric is cotton. The ink is oil based printmaking ink. Its color intensity will soften just a little bit after the first wash, but after that it’s permanent and machine washable.
Patches are approximately 2 1/2″ x2″ with enough fabric around the border to sew.
This is a limited edition of 12, available while supplies last!
